Our History

2016

Started the company as an outsourcing agency in a small room rented from a friend.

2017

The company was fully registered in SEC and served two (2) foreign startups. 

2018

The outsourcing business grew and was serving five (5) foreign clients. Dedicated to focusing on product development and pitched to more than 50+ rural banks nationwide. Enrolled in Alpha Startups Fintech Edition in Malaysia to deepen industry knowledge.

2019

Landed first Microfinance client for loan origination.

2020

Landed first mobile banking client - MCCB (Mindanao Consolidated Cooperative Bank).

2021

Raised $100K from Angel Investor, which allows the company to focus on its mission of empowering rural areas with financial inclusion.

2022

First to implement ISO20022 for Instapay in the Philippines around May. Publicly launched MCCB and processed more than $2M in transaction value. We raised an additional $300k from Angel Investor. In addition, we closed three more financial institutions, with one based in the Marshall Islands.
